Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@meebaandmae.uk, and our team will assist you with the next steps.
- Shipping charges are covered by us - we will email you a pre-paid return label.
- We do not provide refunds for returns, this includes change of mind or incorrect size changes.
- Your return will be issued in store credit for the full amount of your returned item/s or receive a refund back to your original payment method.
- You’ll have 14 days to return your order from delivery date.
- All store credits are issued in GBP.
- Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- If you have received a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately.
- Purchases made with Afterpay or Paypal are subject to the same policy. Your agreement with Afterpay still stands and you will be required to pay off any scheduled repayments.
Note:
- Delivery fees are not eligible for refunds.
- Late returns shipped beyond 14 days from receipt will not be collected and will return back to you.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and free of makeup, stains, deodorant, and perfume.
- All original internal garment tags must be attached, including any secure return tags, which should remain intact.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange. To ensure eligibility, we recommend trying items on carefully and, for shoes, only on a clean, soft surface.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval or returns shipped to an incorrect address will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, it may happen that your product is damaged in transit or that an incorrect product is delivered. We can either send you a new package free of charge or issue a full refund after sending the item back to our warehouse at our expense.
The refund is usually made using the original payment method used. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 5 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 5 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank.
1. Go to our Returns Portal: The quickest way to start a return is through our dedicated Returns Portal. Enter your order number and email address to begin.
2. Follow the Instructions: Our portal will guide you through the process, allowing you to select the items you wish to return.
3. Ship Your Return: Once your return is approved in the portal, you will receive a prepaid Royal Mail return label. Simply print it and attach it to your parcel. Your return can be posted at any Royal Mail post office.
In support of reducing environmental impact, we offer a partial refund or store credit alternative for customers who are unsatisfied with their order due to fit, style, or overall expectations - especially for international returns.
With this option, you can keep the item and still receive compensation, avoiding the time and cost of return shipping. If preferred, you may also request a store credit instead of a refund, which we’re happy to issue as a Meeba&Mae gift card.
Please note that due to recent changes in international tariff regulations, many countries have introduced or increased customs and return handling fees. This has significantly raised the cost of returning items across borders, which is why we strongly encourage customers to consider our partial refund or store credit solution as a more convenient and eco-conscious alternative.
If you’re interested in this option, simply mention it in your return request email - our team will walk you through the available resolution options and do our best to find a solution that works for you.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us via our Contact Form within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a resolution - either a replacement or a refund. Claims made beyond the 24-hour window may not be eligible.
We aim to present our products as clearly and accurately as possible through detailed photos, descriptions, and measurements. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations.
Please keep the following in mind when assessing a product:

Perceived differences in colour, fabric texture, or overall appearance are not considered defects. Variations may occur due to screen resolution, lighting conditions, or the type of device used to view the product.

A size variation of 1–3 cm (+/–) is standard in apparel production. This is due to the manual measurement and manufacturing process and is not considered a fault or defect.

Styling and fit may differ depending on body type, height, and proportions. These are not valid grounds for claiming the item is "not as described."
If you believe your item is significantly different from what was advertised, please contact us immediately. We may request photos and a detailed explanation of the issue for review. Please ensure your photos clearly show the item in full and any points of concern. Videos may also be requested if further clarification is needed.
