HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery time includes two parts:

1) Processing time (2-3 business days):
Orders placed after Friday afternoon or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

2) Delivery time:

• United Kingdom: 6 to 8 working days

SHIPPING OPTIONS

• Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £100
  

• A £3.95 delivery fee applies to orders under £100

In rare cases, order processing might get delayed for the following reasons:

• Billing and/or shipping addresses errors.

• Order is pending a credit approval and verification.

• An order is shipped to remote country.

• Order security verification.

• Carrier backlogs

• A product is currently out of stock

We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that international deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs or courier delays.

ADDRESS CHANGE

Address changes are only possible within 12 hours after placing the order. Please contact our customer service via help@meebaandmae.uk 

CANCELLATION

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled prior to delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.

LOST PACKAGE / RETURNED PACKAGE? 

If a package was lost or could not be delivered due to a logistical problem, we will immediately send a new package. Please contact our customer service via email at help@meebaandmae.uk.
